Upcoming Cape-wide Prayer Gathering: Cape Cod Prays: Peace in the Storm

*"Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven. Now this, 'Yet
once more', indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as
of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may
remain. Therefore,
since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace,
by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our
God is a consuming fire"* Hebrews 12: 26-28

** *"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives
do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

* *John 14:27

Dear brothers and siters in Christ,

Anybody who is following the current news realizes that we live in sober
times. As we are witnessing the Lord shaking the nations before our very
eyes, we feel the need for the body of Christ on Cape Cod to come together
like never before.

We felt the Lord directing us to come together before Him in unity as the
body of Christ on Cape Cod for a time of worship, reflection, and
exhortation. We will pray for the Lord to give us strength and wisdom in our
walk with him as well as in practical matters/needs on living in such a time
like this.

This Cape wide meeting is called:* Cape Cod Prays: Peace in the storm*

*Our prayer focus for this gathering is two-fold*: First and foremost, for
strengthening our own walk with the Lord in these difficult times, that we
remain faithful to the end, consecrating ourselves without compromise in
these hard times for many across the Cape, for the glory of God to cover the
Cape and a subsequent harvest. Second, pray for our practical needs whatever
they are. This is the order of the Lord's prayer as you know. First, we pray
hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, and then we pray
for our needs, give us this day our daily bread...etc.

Let us know if you have any thoughts, comments, or questions.

Blessings,

The Glory of God on Cape Cod team.
