We Need to Pray

by Betrand Stephen Duncan on May 28, 2012

Dear Colleagues and Brothers/Sisters of Glory of God on Cape Cod                                          28-May-12

In reading over the story of the Awakening in America it can be noted that the renewal/revival occurred in the milieu of constant, increasing and fervent prayer.  We need to be (re)encouraging each of our church bodies involved in the Glory of God on Cape Cod that once a month isn’t enough; it would be well if every church assembly area would be open for people to come and pray…all the time.  Better yet, as the church in Korea leads the nation in being a “Christian nation”, many, many people rise at 4 or 5 a.m. in united prayer.  The power released has changed that nation.  With us arm-chair Christians it would be difficult; it would show, however, our conviction and determination to really seek His renewal and re-awakening.

Prayerfully persistent,
